The concept

One space, several clients, zero clashes

Instead of renting a whole office to a single client, the space is split into time blocks. Each client buys a monthly package with a set number of shifts and books the ones they need.

That way one space earns income from several clients, and each one pays only for the time they actually use. Reservas Flex is what makes that model work without a spreadsheet and a WhatsApp group in the middle.

    Time blocks

    The day is split into shifts, such as morning, afternoon and night. Sundays and nights can be handled separately.

    Monthly packages

    Each package defines how many day and night/Sunday shifts it includes per month, and its price.

  3. 03

    The client books

    From their portal they see what's left and reserve their blocks. If a shift is taken, it can't be booked.

  4. 04

    Fair billing, automatically

    Anything beyond the package is logged as an extra and goes straight to invoicing.
